super annual garden party. They would love to see you there!

Garden Party - Saturday 23rd July

- Starting from 6.00pm until very, very late.

- In the garden.

- There will be live music. Open mic later in the evening but let me know if you want to sing/perform and we'll add it to the programme.

- BBQ (hamburgers and hot dogs).

- Bring your own picnic table, chairs, nibbles and drinks. Lanterns/candles are always useful for when it gets dark! (Some bring a small gazebo)

- As we don't know how many people are going to turn up we just have a guess at the numbers for the bbq, so you can always bring some food to put on the bbq as a back-up in case we have a big turn out and run out of food.

- Most import is to dress for the summer weather, i.e. wellies and woollies!!

More Men Needed for South Pacific!

We still need about 6 more men to join the ensemble for our next production of South Pacific which is now in rehearsal.

Hi Everyone

I hope you are well.thought i would send this request perhaps you could forward to anyone you think might be interested .

I'm writing to let you know that we are now looking for a new choreographer and director for our 2012 show, Sweet Charity. The performance dates are 24th - 28th April 2012, and we would like to start rehearsing in November. Our main rehearsal nights are Thursdays for the company and Tuesdays for the principals.

We have had quite a lot of interest in the position of choreographer but none so far in the role of director. I was hoping you might know of some suitable candidates, and that you might advertise both openings for us, either formally or informally.

We are asking interested candidates to contact me on this email address in the first instance, attaching a current CV. We will then ask people to answer some questions by email, and then shortlist to an interview stage. We would like interested candidates to get in touch by email by the end of Friday 15th July.

I hope you might know of some promising candidates!
